Yes I had to wikipedia Anatolian too, and after reading it was like, “wow Reasonable got some knowledge!” Not only breaking down some knowledge for us, but bustin out some crazy beats. In a tweet he said Anatolian Bounce was “sampling all 60′s/70′s Turkish Progressive Rock.” …I wouldn’t even know where to begin something like that. Reasonable – Just Lose It…

I got an email a while back from this cat called IllSkilz in the Netherlands with a link to download some tracks. He let me know they were works in progress and to just give it a listen. I assumed it was like 2 or 3 half done beats, but when I checked it…man I was way wrong. It was 13 tracks of beats that sound damn near finished. I put the iPod on shuffle, and when it got to an IllSkilz track it blended perfectly with albums I bought. I’m not sure what else he’s gotta do to this, but in my book it’s cool. Check it fo yo-self. I Don’t Sleep…I was cruisin around the HVW8′s site to see what’s new with them. I was doing some mad reading and scoping out some paintings they had posted. Then I ran across this crazy cover with a deer on it and a title that read, “Attack of THE DEER.” I was like “this has got to be good with some crazy deer on the cover.” Downloaded it, cranked it up in the headphones, and just played track after track. “Alone” is the first track that got me hooked to it, but it was when I got to “RUCKUS” I started telling people in the office to check it out. I stopped what I was doing and started looking up J-1, the mad beat maker of this beat tape. J-1 is out here in sunny LA by way of Cleveland kickin it with good company. He’s not only a DJ and a beat maker, but also a drummer. This multi-talented cat is jazzin his way into your headphones, so keep your ears open. I was doing my regular reading on FLWRPT.com and was rockin the new Flipped (v8.0), then I started to check the older post. I ran across the title “Sidenote: Kicks & Snares Vol.1,” read it, downloaded it, and rocked that half hour beat tape twice. Yeah not once but twice. Algorythm came with crazy beats and a smooth sound. I was feelin it so much, I got a hold of Darien at FLWRPT, and he gave me the low down on this dope producer.  They grew up together in DC and slowly but surely each made their way out to BedStuy.  Both cats’ careers are taking off like a rocket ship. Everyone knows I love rep’n Riverside/Inland Empire when I can, but when I find an artist that’s from the I.E. it’s on! I was doing some blog reading and ran across this candy-like cover and didn’t think much of it. I’ve seen it over and over, so one day I hit the breaks and downloaded it and was like, ” that beat’s cool.” I looked this cat J. Bizness up; I didn’t have to dig far to find out more about the beat maker. It turned out that he is Red Bull’s  Los Angeles Big Tune Champion Producer. With Reason: Beats & Pieces, it allowed J. Bizness to flex his production muscles. J. Bizness has a lot of musical influnces that span from coast to coast, and you can hear his talent oozing out of your headphones. Check J. Doing some blog reading when the “Hearing Kolor II” title caught my eye. Soon after downloading it, the tunes caught my ear. Frontier brings an eclectic sound of color to your ears. The Inland Empire is on big fam. I was checkin on Noa James to see what else he had, and discovered Jynxx. He’s a beat maker fo-sho, so I wanted to check what else Jynxx had cookin. It was like striking it rich in the middle of the great depression.
