When URB magazine put TAIS on the Next 1000 list, it’s for a good reason. TAIS dropped Too Complex earlier this week and it’s banging. Here is an emcee folks need to study. Not only for TAIS‘ lyrical skill, but for his staying power. TAIS dropped 2 mixtapes, leaked a couple of tracks in between, and lots of videos of his shows. A combination of all of this and with a positive attitude, it won’t be long before you hear the explosion. Too Complex is filled with banging beats and a dope featured emcee. TAIS is another rapper that lets you know hip hop is alive and well. This Sacramento rapper is getting a lot of buzz. I first read about him on URB’s Next 1000 section of their website, which lead me to TAIS MySpace page, and then to his site. On TAIS’ site you can check out more press, and download the mixtape. He appears to also be a Black Milk fan from his beat selection on the tape. Enough of the chatting, get to downloading! BIG thanks to URB for having TAIS on the NEXT 1000.
