Jerome D. is starting be a regular on B+C for sure. He’s cranking out dope videos that clearly are coming into a style of his own. The Journey (4U), shot in black and white, is Jerome D.’s second video with Versis. On a side note The Journey (4U) was produced by my man Dibiase, who makes crazy beats. Versis takes you on his journey through life. From “the man” holding him down to hard times with the family, he still has a positive outlook. Jerome D. has recently spend time updating his site (JeromeD.com), so check that out and also check out some of his other work. Check out Versis – illcandescent on BandCamp. You guys keep doing what you’re doing.

Mr. DJ Sean O. has blessed us with a dope episode for Beats+Crates Radio.  This episode is jammed pack with everyone from the Lootpack to Devonwho. Summer’s End has a real chill lounge vibe, but retains some energy.  Very similar to DJ Sean O.‘s personality. You’ll never need to be in the mood to play Summer’s End because it’s right for every moment.
If any of you don’t know Sean O., he’s a mellow cat with an eclectic music collection. Sean O. is always down to share his knowledge and love for music. Catch him on KPFK’s (90.7FM) Soundwaves with the host with the most Mr. Abraham Beltran and the lovely Ms. Cecilia choppin it up. Sean O.’s Sound Cloud account must be full, I swear this dude kicks out a mix a day. If you run into Sean O. or see him DJing at a spot, take a moment to say what’s up. He’s a truly a cool cat and a good friend. Check out DJ Sean O.’s newly redesigned site at DJSEANO.com, Twitter, MySpace, and everything else on the Internet. Download B+C: Summers End here and enjoy. BIG thanks to DJ Sean O. for bringing some dope tunes to Beats+Crates Radio. I also want to thank ISO50 for inspiring the artwork.

Versis is always on the go and making moves.  After dropping illcandescent he hooked up with Jerome D. to create The Need video.  Jerome D. has a style about his videos that draws you in.  He also has a way of giving you a big story in a short amount of time.  The combination of Versis and Jerome D., makes The Need dope.  Check out Versis – illcandescent on BandCamp and click here to check out other works by Jerome D. BIG thanks Versis for the heads up.

I was first introduced to Seven Day (Jay Diction & J Listed) through Versis. Seven Day and Versis have been working on a few things here and there, so when I got an email from the duo I checked it out. They shot a few tracks to B+C now and again, but I wanted to hear what a completed project sounded like…not bad, not bad at all. Seven Day’s Concepts still has my ear, and I’m looking forward to see what else they’ll drop. Download Seven Day – Concepts on BandCamp. Also check out Versis – Gotta Love it (produced by J Listed). BIG thanks Seven Day crew for getting at me.

Saturday morning (afternoon for everyone else) chilling with no plans. turned on the computer and checked email and twitter to see what’s the buzz. I read DJ Neil Armstrong’s tweets that he was chilling at The Block in Orange. I hit him up to see if he was down for an interview, and he was like “Come on down.” I jetted from Pasadena to Orange in under an hour to bring you this great footage. BIG thanks DJ Neil Armstrong for taking the time.
