For all you crate diggas there’s a new spot opening up TODAY called Origami Vinyl! It goes by the same name as the record label, which is also owned by the same person. From what I gather on Thrillist, they have all kinds of vinyl. Classic hip hop, underground hip hop, indie rock, and Jazz just to name a few genres. They also have exclusive gear like hats and record bags. I’ll be heading out there a little late to check it all out. You should too. BIG thanks to Nate for shooting me the info.

Ok everyone that knows me, knows that I’m NOT a fan of the iTunes Store. Time to time I check if they post up something real noteworthy. Here’s the connect, Shaman Work Records put out Scienz Of Life: The Blaxploitation Sessions which i found the instrumental version on iTunes. I liked what i heard from the regular album, but the instrumental version is dope. I’m headed to Penny Lane to see if they have it.
Check out what Shaman Work Records is putting out.
